Hello I’m suggesting the Glasgow subway for you guys today the Glasgow subway is the 3rd oldest subway in the world behind London and Budapest the Glasgow subway has a grand total of 15 stations let’s go through them! But first here is the map! The stations clockwise are Patrick Kelvinhall Hillhead (RIVER KELVIN) Kelvinbridge St George’s cross Cowcaddens Buchanan street St Enoch (RIVER CLYDE) Bridge street West street Sheilds road kinning park Cessnock Ibrox Govan (RIVER CLYDE) ROLLING STOCK the Glasgow subway currently use are its 2nd gen The stock was built by metro-cammel and used to be 2 cars long both motor cars but then middle cars were built to increase capacity the stock can run in MOTOR-TRAILER-MOTOR Or MOTOR-MOTOR-MOTOR SPEICAL LIVERIES There is currently 3 special livery’s these being Net zero green swoosh livery COP26 livery And 120 years livery THE FUTURE The subway is investing 8 million pounds for new trains platform screen doors and overall better services The new trains will have open walkthrough coaches will be able to operate driverless and will be faster when these are introduced they will make the Glasgow subway fully automatic as they are already half automatic because of the use of ATP MY THOUGHTS The Glasgow subway would be a really good route to have in tsw3 and is very unique hopefully you can take this into account DTG but that’s all from me thanks for reading and I’ll see you next time! I would love to see this. If it's the stock I'm thinking of, I once got stuck in that train for a while when it broke down. Brings back memories. I would love to see it. You've got my vote!
I have very fond memories of the subway from the excitement it had in winter and just how cool of a system it is!
You know what I think would be amusing? If they included the original cable-hauled version from 1896. I can almost hear the anti-ATO crowd spinning up to a frothing pitch, lol. "I'm not paying to sit here and be hauled around a circle!".
I would love to have this in my TSW 3 collection and I think they should include the Victorian rolling stock as well as the newer one.
