So looking at the feedback threads.... San bernardino seems to have a positive response with few issues.
Frankfurt fulda follows in second place with some issues.
Wcml takes third with lots of problems!

I'm not sure if san bernardino isn't being played as much or weather it's the best of all 3?

SB and Frankfurt Fulda were both much better looking and clearly received much more love than WCML when I watched the streams. I would really like to play SB and Frankfurt Fulda, but I cannot justify buying the Deluxe Version of TSW 5 until WCML is improved. I just refuse to give DTG money for a ‘beta’ version of the software and I’m fed up of submitting bug reports.

I'm not really interested in Frankfurt, but I will play it.
San bernardino definitely, I love American routes, mainly freight but the commuter ones I'll give a go.
Wcml... I had a quick run this morning before work. Its not the best! It has a lot of issues, none of which would even have bothered me if dtg would have made sure the timetable was accurate.
I'm not saying it's not worth buying bit yeah, it's definitely not a route I would purchase separately.
I'm not gonna be a beta tester, I'm not gonna post any problems I see in the official feedback thread. Unless of course dtg would have give us early access players a better discount.

from the issues even on SB ( misding level crosding pavement, floating cars on highway ) Focus has not setup QA dept at DTG ... but one of their best-sellers is a bug-fest of bugs left while Focus-owned game co. pushed out DLC after DLC first year, second year ... then team moved to a new,y announced game.

The Focus is not on QA, not even on reacting to Beta-testers systematically.

Setting up QA is a big production cost. In USA there is often an accounting tax incentive to do this as a new product cost as opposed to accounting a support expense after-sales, at least in CA or MN, as i recall.
