    Uh yea so the number appear to not be in their designated i dont know if it’s intentional but ill put it here anyway

    This is normal, even my H0 models look like this.
    Maybe UP was too stingy for illuminated numbers on both sides and just didn't order them.

    Its seems like the location was adopted when they moved over to the Lightning Bolt scheme, as the location is consistent on their other locomotives in the same scheme.
