Hi, I have a problem. Everytime I try to go onto the store, it asks me for my username and password and even if I put in the correct username and password for Dovetail Games Train Simulator, it does not go through. Thank you so much for your help. Sincerely, Connor Richey

Most likely the Admin have locked the store whilst it's under maintenance so it's actually asking for Admin/staff username/passwords not public members username/passwords
While it is odd that it's been down so long, hopefully it's because they're moving away from their absolutely terrible store provider. Always seemed that every other purchase I would get a bad Steam key (if I got one at all) and would need to involved support.
