I’m not overly familiar with American railroading but a video regarding this just popped up in my Facebook feed. it would be set sometime in the in either the late 80s/early 90s or early to mid 2000s, operated by NS. the whole line runs from Cincinnati to Chattanooga but this specific section would cover the several tunnels on the route, hence the nickname of the rathole division.
