    Heya everyone;

    For quite a while now, i've always wanted to make my own route that I would've loved to see in TSC or TSW, and this is one of them; The Robin Hood Line. This will be my first time ever doing anything as extraordinary as this, I do apologise if i make mistakes, as this will be a learning curve for me.

    The Reason Behind Why I Chose This Route

    This 30 mile route between Nottingham and Worksop, is very scenic, running through forests and open countryside There's a lot of tight curves and gradient changes within the route too. There is only 1tph between Nottingham and Worksop, but there's another service that runs between Mansfield Woodhouse and Nottingham (again, 1tph) but most of the services do not stop at Bulwell. This route is now mainly ran by the EMR 170's but rarely, EMR 158's too. 156's and 150's too used to run this route, but stopped quite recently (i say recently, it was like 3-5 years ago). I do know the route quite well, and I thought it would also be a great first route idea, nothing TOO big. This route is merged with JT's MML mainly to include Nottingham station. This route is only playable between Worksop and Nottingham at the moment, maybe in the future, i might plan to build to Grimsby and/or Skegness.

    I am only in the track layering stage at the moment, and as of writing this, I have currently completed the lines between Nottingham and Newstead so I cannot provide any screenshots of the route itself, other than the route map below:
    Signalling, Speed Markers and Route Descriptors will be added AFTER the track layering is done.

    I am in absolute no rush to finish this route off at the moment, it'll probably take an entire year to complete if that.. I say this because I am quite busy at the moment with deadlines and exams etc. Also, another thing i'd like to point out is scenery and assets. I have absolutely no idea how to make my own assets, and doing the scenery is, for some odd reason, quite challenging for me, which is weird because it's normally something people find really fun to do. So I will ask this, if anyone is willing to help me with asset building (NOT ESSENTIAL) or just scenery making in general, please do let me know. If no one wants to, that is also completely fine, I will try and find a solution.

    I cannot wait to see what this route holds in the future, and not just that, but what I can achieve in the future. I will be posting updates whenever I can; here and on TSC Discord Server, if anyone wants to follow this project at all. If anyone has any questions, reply in this thread here or just ping me in the TSC discord server: rayvawn

    Thanks ya for reading. :)

    Good luck with your project. Remember to keep intermediate versions of it in case you need to revert anything.

    Go into Contents, find your route folder and copy the files you've created elsewhere.

    Unfortunately I had to redo the Line Between Hucknall and Newstead since the gradients were incorrect.
    I will be working on the line between Hucknall and Newstead later today, hopefully before midnight. :)
