One of the long lost railways of the steam era with many others because of the Beeching Axe.The whole SDJR was 114 miles but from Bath to Braudstone was 54.1 miles, which is more seasonable for TSW4. The Somerset And Dorset Joint Railway was know for steep inclines so the player has challenges along the way mainly a 1:50 and mainly single track. With the gorgeous Prussian Blue up 'till the BR days of black. Yes, yes x1000 time yes! We already have the 4F so would need to choose from several potential candidates to fill the other slots. I think Matt has already mentioned anecdotally if they ever did the route, the iconic 7F 53xxx class would be a must. While the 9F would be a great next choice, might also want to consider a BR Standard 4 or 5, the LMS 2P or even the Bullied Pacific’s which worked out and back from Bournemouth.
This would actually be a great addition to the steam section of TSW. A lot of heritage in that line which really should be recognised….also something not North or Midlands as they is not much representation to that part of the world
