So far I've enjoyed driving the new Dispolok BR 182, but I think there is some wasted potential with the BR 182. Because freight in Germany is limited to 120 km/h you can only reach the top speed of 230 km/h in light engine runs. I don't know much about German rail and train consists, but I've seen pictures of BR 182s pulling IC coaches. As far as I'm aware no locomotive other than the BR 101 can pull IC coaches in TSW. I don't know how realistic it is for a Dispolok BR 182 to pull IC coaches, but I've found some pictures online of Dispolok 182s pulling IC coaches: https://igschieneschweiz.startbilde...erkampf-auf-der-gaeubahn-zur-abwechslung.html https://www.flickr.com/photos/126584084@N05/15989501087/in/album-72157647785771599/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/126584084@N05/14763564838/in/photostream/ The Dispolok 182 already has the ability to control passenger doors, so I don't see why we should not get the ability to substitute the 182 with the 101. I mean atleast give us the option to have the 182 pull IC coaches in the scenario planner. I don't think it would be that wierd since it's a lease locomotive. Could someone who knows more about German rail tell me how wierd this consist would be?
Cuz it's labeled as a freight train (technical things) so it would only work with freight services. Reason why although some of the german freight trains have a passenger door things, you can't do passenger runs.
The BR 143 runs passenger services with the doppelstock and is also capable of running freight services, so I’m not sure if this would be an issue
