Over the past few days I've had three cases where I've completed a service in the service mode, yet the services have not been marked as completed. This has happened on SKA and HRR. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm actually really annoyed with this right now, as it's two and half hours of services that hasn't saved, so a reasonable amount of time spent.
Are these services the last ones you have played before shutting the game down? Have you gone back to the main menu after completing the service before closing the game? I found in TSW2020 that a service wouldn’t show as being completed if I didn’t return to the main menu before closing the game or turning off my console (I’m on PS4 but I assume it would be the same on xbox). I always go as far back as the first menu now before closing down and I haven’t had the problem again.
I think in all three cases, it was where I returned to free roam afterwards, and then decided I didn't fancy waiting for a second service.
