Today I would like to suggest the Tinsley Marshalling Yard in Sheffield. This suggestion would be fantastic for those who enjoy shunting operations. The yard opened during the 1960s and was operational until being wound down for closure in the mid 1980s. Nearby is Tinsley TMD which could also be included. The locomotive that should be included in this suggestion is the especially modified Class 13 060+060 shunter which was formed of 2 Class 08s with the cab removed on one unit and replaced with ballast weight. This suggestion would allow for use of various existing locomotives as layers and, if set between 1965 and 1981, could also include the Class 76 electric locomotive for the Woodhead Route as the cables were extended to Tinsley in 1965 to allow them to operate coal trains.
Is this yard a hump yard or not? if yes then it needs new physics for the Hump Hill including retarders. That way it's new hump physics can be put onto Cajon Pass Barstow Yard in the future it's German and Austrian equivalents which are Vbf Salzburg Gnigl Wien Kledering Innsbruck Hall in Tirol Hagen Vorhalle Köln Kalk Nord (Wuppertal Steinbeck Köln Hbf) Dresden Friedrichstadt & Hagen Vorhalle.
