Title is pretty self-explanatory. I'm running the game at my monitor's resolution (1920x1080) and have TAA anti-aliasing on but I'm still seeing really rough edges. I've seen videos of the game running at the same resolution with much sharper edges, and I'm wondering what I'm missing. I've also tried turning up the screen percentage but that isn't of much help either. Any tips?

Yeah .. well I could only counter this problem up to the limits of my system (FPS wise), but I had to increase the screen percentage to 135-150% otherwise the screens are not readable and the overhead lines flicker like hell. I rrun the game on my native resolution (WQHD) so my 12yo system is really crying out loud when climbing in sandpatch grade :)

Maybe you might look into this new NVIDIA upscaling feature, don't have the name by hand now but it has been a forum topic here in the last 4 weeks or so

You can use r.TemporalAASamples (default is 8). Setting it to 16, 32 or 64 will improve aliasing. The value of 16 should be enough in most cases.

    Cheers

Be advised however, that Fanta is running the equivalent processing power to a guided-missile destroyer, so more modest systems may not be able to use his settings.

If you have an Nvidia card, DLDSR is amazing for getting rid of jaggies.

Is that only on the 20 and 30-series GPUs?

Sorry, I should have specified. DLDSR does require an RTX card.
However, standard DSR does not, and should also help with antialiasing.
Also in the NVCP, you can enable FXAA and MFAA which should help too, suggest playing with them to see what works best.
Also add r.PostProcessAAQuality=6 to your engine.ini

I have to say that 2.25x DLDSR makes a great improvement on my system, even with 'only' an RTX 2070, and doesn't reduce framerate. Can anyone more knowledgeable tell me if it affects which type of anti-alias I should select in the game?
