I have just installed the new Edinburgh to Glasgow dlc on PS5 and noticed no matter what service or scenario I try when I open up the TMS screen it always shows 0 cars. When I load up the open door screen it just shows the open left and open right buttons but no diagram of the train. Anyone else having similar issue or know of a fix?
I am the same. Is a lovely route and I love the train but it is a bit frustrating, especially trying to use the TMS whilst moving.
It is a shame, as you say a lovely route but got some bugs which spoil the experience. I have tried reinstalling the dlc but still not working. I have also created a ticket for support along with screen shots.
Unfortunately the PS5 does not support a mouse on TSW3. Wish it did as it would make screen navigation so much easier. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Having the exact same issue here, tried all the usual things, annoying as this was one of the main selling points in the first place.
Hello, This is something we were made aware of since the launch of Edinburgh-Glasgow on PlayStation this morning and our dev teams are currently investigating, thank you for your patience and we will provide an update when we have news.
The launch was delayed for playstation to fix issues with tms and it still launches with broken tms after delay. I'm not on playstation but my god it's not funny anymore endless problems.
If you turn it off & turn it on again it seems to work…..not even kidding. Turn on TMS, don’t log in, turn it off again, turn it on again and you should get message saying confirm train length.
Hi SteveRail, Thank you for your suggestion, but this doesn't seem to work on PS4. Have you been able to make this work consistently, and are there any other details missing?
I have only done it once on PS5 Snow on the rails scenario, was actually trying to see if turning off the TMS made any difference ti the lighting when entering the tunnel out of Waverley so not sure if you have to be underway before it works. I had already left Waverley, reversed back to connect to the other 3 cars and was in the Haymarket tunnel when I turned it back on.
OK weirdly that only seemed to work the once, I wonder if it was the coupling that pushed it into life
JD replied to me on another thread, apparently Rivet have delivered a fix but DTG haven’t tested it yet(or atleast hadn’t last Friday). Fingers crossed will be delivered in the same patch as the other fixes.
There's a lot of stuff rivet are fixing and improving. Be patient and don't complain. When it's ready, it will release.
There’s no mention of this on the patch not could someone at DTG confirm if this has been resolved in todays patch please?
