As many of you know who are MTA fans you would know Valhalla is very close to North White Plains and Valhalla is the only station close that actually has a railroad crossing I was thinking if you guys could extend the Metro-North one more station up so we could have at least have 2 Rail road crossing I think a lot of people would agree with me thank you have a good day I have some
Besides "a working grade crossing" what gameplay benefits are there to extending? Do loads more trains go further on, terminate there, loads of changes etc etc? If not then I don't see the point except to have that one feature which "would be nice" but not vastly important and may actually cause issues
Have you heard of sentences. Again, why? Is Valhalla objectively better, does it have turnback facilities, what will it bring to the route that NWP can't?
The fact that you haven’t answered the question is concerning. It was a genuine question from someone not at all familiar with the area. On the surface it looks like you just want a level crossing, but I was wondering if there was anything else.
Given the route is near release, likely it has long been "baked" and significant changes to the scope therefore impossible.
The suggested extra station makes no sense as it is one station beyond where all the stopping services terminate and adds exactly zero worth to the route, so even if there was still scope to alter the route, this suggestion would not even be entertained by the devs.
