PC Too Dark - Give Us An Ambient Light Option

I have been in a real Underground cab many times. It's not pitch black to the point you can't see what is front of your nose. You can still make things out in the cab.

When riding as a passenger, again, it's far too black outside. You can't see anything out of the windows. In real life you can see the texture of the tunnel and wires. (Talking of wires, they are too low down in the tunnel. They should be high enough to be seen out the passenger windows.)
