Hi guys I have got Totham route by Just Trains a while back, a fictional route with locations based in real life. As far as I know, Merryhill Parkway is based on East Midlands Parkway, while Axford Halt is based on Sellafield in Cumberland! Strangely, Axford has the west sea coast, while between Westerton and Portsbridge (just few miles south of Axford), there are docks to the south. East of Portsbridge the channel becomes the river, and the railway crosses the river east of Bleaton to reach the other side of the river towards Shollet. I think some intermediate stations on that have a sense of the Strathclyde Suburban area, there is actually a station called Westerton (but not exact one like the one in Glasgow). Anyone guess what other stations which are based on?
Hi Alistair, I own the route myself and play it as a work of fiction. I know nothing about it except of course the East Midlands Parkway. You could email Just Trains themselves and see if they will be able to help you if you get no replies here. Sorry to not be of more help.
Wondering if everything east of Westerton is the part of the Isle of Totham, or it’s just plain fictional part of the country. The information in game stated that Merryhill Parkway is located east of the route while it is actually in the west! Must be an oversight while Totham was WIP. Or should I say it is in East Of England, but with an ultra-fictional west coast (or lake, but there is a ship there) in Axford. It’s a ‘fictional’ route after all! There’s another fictional route by Just Trains called Marsdonshire (which I do not own), this is a larger route and has a south east coast, and a ski resort not far from the coast.
I think the route was made by Darren Porter of DPS Simulations for JT If you are that bothered about where a location might be a copy of then ask him.
