Is it possible for me to switch the track (currently in picture) with a track from montana hi line one? (Using the tool in the picture)

 

If you just want to edit a piece of track, tick VNHRR\HiLine in the Object Set filter and replace the trackrule as in your shot.

But will it switch the track rule that I wanto to use for the line tool?

Not all of the tracks. I just want to use a different track from another route when using the line tool on the selected track.
(The current track rule is set to Marias pass, which you can see in the picture, but I want to set it to Hi Line tracks, and I don't know how)

 

Using the editor, you have to relay the track.
