Train Sim World 2 Update - 24th November 2020

We are bringing an update for Train Sim World 2 including Preserved Collection.

Sand Patch Grade

• Revised “Powering America Part 1” scenario following community feedback.
• Resolved an issue where rear walkway chains could be left in place after opening them on YN3b-liveried SD40-2 and AC4400CW locos.
• Resolved an issue where the “N542-A - Load Coal” service could incorrectly end with a signal passed at danger (SPAD).
• Resolved an issue where Cumberland Charge experiences red signals and yard entry issue.
• Resolved an issue where the U876-A -Coal - Cumberland to Shaw Mine - Cannot leave the yard due to a being blocked by two other locomotives (from service X793)
• Resolved an issue where the U876-B - Coal -Yoder to Cumberland - The EOTD is located on the front of the lead loco, instead of the rear of the train.
• Resolved an issue where the U876-D Coal - Yoder to Cumberland - The game crashes to the Xbox Dashboard upon entering the Cumberland Yard.
• Resolved an issue where the Y103 - Westbound Delivery - wagon drop off point leaves them across junctions obstructing the player.
• Resolved an issue where the Y103 Westbound Delivery - Player is blocked by two locomotives in Cumberland Yard.
• Resolved an issue where the U876-B - Coal - loading at Shaw mine - Slow Speed setting does not seem to work with trailing loco attached. Will run too fast.
• Timetable improvements - Q217 timing improved.
• Timetable improvements - U876 timing improved.
• Timetable improvements - Y103 objectives improved.
• Timetable improvements - Overall stopping positions for train instructions.
• Timetable improvements - Checked all westbound trains to resolve any clashes with departures from Cumberland.
  

LIRR M3 EMU

• Resolved an issue where the tutorial’s “Prepare the Train” objective could fail to complete following access to the dispatch menu.

Oakville Subdivision

• Resolved instances where cab audio occlusion could fail when standing up in the GP9RM and GP38-2 locos.
• Resolved an issue where player movement could become blocked after completing a climb over action between the freight cars during the GP38-2 tutorial.

Scenario Planner

• Scenario AI locos should now have drivers present.

DB BR363 Locomotive

• Resolved instances where Cement Mixer scenario not working, with trains not moving or stuck.

The update will download automatically for owners of the above-mentioned add-ons when they become available. Players should allow at least 24 hours after restarting Steam for the update to appear and before contacting Customer Support.
