Specs: i7 9700 RTX 2070 Super 16GB 2666MHz 2TB HDD (Where the game is installed) Train Sim World 3 has a problem: when sitting down in a seat, the fps drops by around 50% or more. It only gets better if you stand up. There is also a lot of stuttering. Lowering the Graphics Settings doesn't change the FPS, which means it's clearly a CPU management problem.
