Having a very annoying issue on TSW2,3 and 4 The game for some reason is dropping frames even though the graphics card is not maxed (Doesn't go above 78%). I tried this with low graphics settings and setting the max FPS to 30 and it still occurs Frame drops are at: I documented a video here: Spec: GPU: 6900 XT (with AIO) CPU: AMD 5950X 64GB RAM This is very annoying, especially on High Speed Trains, completely ruins the experience. Is there some launch option I can use to fix this? (Already using -DX12) I know for sure other are having this problem, but I thought it would have been sorted by now. Im wondering does this issue only affect AMD graphics cards?
