Xbox Series X Train Sim World 4: Special Edition - Xbox One

My son purchased Train Sim World 4: Special Edition on 7/11/24 on XBOX One. When he goes to the trains and selects "Choose A Route," the only available route is "Training Center."

Furthermore, when he goes to the Store, and goes to Owned Content, it shows a check mark on NRM Flying Scotsman and Vectron, which he has been able to use. However, the following trains/routes say "Owned," but they do not have a check mark, and he is unable to access them:

Northeast Corridor: Boston-Providence
LGV Mediterranee: Marseille-Avignon
Linke Rheinstrecke
Southeastern Highspeed Extended
Nahverkehrsnetz Dresden-Riesa
S-Bahn Vorarberg
East Coast Mainline: Peterborough to Duncaster
Metrolink Antelope Valley Line

We have checked his XBOX, and all games and add-ons are showing as "Installed."

I may be late to the party here.
It's been a while since I was on XB, have you tried to see if any update is showing and needs to be applied,
I understand this may be redundant, I use an external drive on my XB1X, this may not be your case, but going over the steps in the image once again while checking for updates. Also, keep in mind that it can take time to download and install everything.
Also, I once made the mistake of not taking the steps in the Image below.

Downloading the game only installs the training center - go to the tsw4 manage addons and make sure everything is ticked, then your good to go after installation

 

Have you updated to the new version yet? If you are in doubt about the game's displays, you can go to the add-ons section and check to see if any necessary items are unchecked. But often these problems occur because there are some problems while the system is updating. Sometimes I encounter it too.
