When ‘Enable All Timetable Layers’ is disabled in the general settings then manually enabling all layers is overridden when quitting and restarting the game.

    For example:

I have 10/10 layers enabled manually for WCML, but if I quit and restart then it reverts to just having 4/10 enabled again.

If I leave it with 9/10, this will still be the same after restarting.

If I auto-enable all timetable layers via that setting then obviously it will be maxed out 10/10.

This happens on all routes that I have max layers available for.

I think it must be an issue with how disabling the ‘Enable All Timetable Layers’ setting interprets having all layers selected manually, like the option thinks you don't want all layers selected and so defaults back to the base?

Means that unless you want everything selected all the time, then you have to manually re-select layers for any routes that you have the complete set for.

This is on Series X, so no idea if it is console specific, or impacts all users.
