Dovetail Games Train Sim World 6 - Platform Entitlement Status

Hello everyone,

We wanted to share a pinned thread to discuss the TSW6 entitlement status across all our supported platforms that we're seeing reported from players, so that we can help refer and inform you of any progress.

Thank you for being patient while the various store pages are updated!

Xbox

• Entitlements Not Appearing - We're aware that the general rollout of entitlements is taking a while longer than expected across all of the compatible content.
  • As a temporary workaround, TSW6 versions of your owned Add-ons should be visible by searching for them manually in the store, and should allow you to download them.
• Free Starter Pack Upgrade Links - We're looking to fix the Free Starter Pack upgrade links directing players to the TSW5 store pages instead of TSW6.
• Xbox Game Pass Entitlements - We are working with Microsoft to confirm whether players who can access TSW 5: Standard Edition through Game Pass should expect to have access to the same content in TSW 6 while their subscription lasts.
• BR 194 & E94 Missing [Unconfirmed] - We are investigating

Xbox/Steam/Epic

• MBTA HSP-46 Add-on Not Appearing - Our teams are working to fix a missing entitlement for players who purchased the TSW6 Special Edition bundle or MBTA Commuter.

Epic Games

• TSW2 Entitlements (for Free Game upgrades) - For any players who acquired TSW2 for free during the Free Game Program, your compatible content entitlements will be arriving in the coming days, whilst our teams work with Epic to enable these.
• LIRR Commuter Add-on Downloaded but not in-game - We hope to have an update soon.
  
• TSW 6 Railpool BR 193 Vectron Missing - We hope to have an update soon.
• [RESOLVED] TSW 6 Spirit of Steam Missing - The add-on is now available to previous owners.

Hi folks, our teams are continuing to support Xbox entitlements and help prevent issues where they are not showing up. We're doing our best to make sure you're able to get your content in TSW6 as soon as possible.

For anyone who is seeing store pages prompt re-purchasing owned TSW add-ons, we'd like to ask that you directly search for your Add-ons via the Microsoft Store, instead of using the in-game store (as this may be experiencing issues currently).
