Not exactly sure what you exactly mean. If you mean when we will see more Info about the new USA West Coast route, than that shouldnt take too long anymore i guess. We can expect more Infos about that route in the coming days / weeks. To spoil a bit, people in the Baseless Speculation Thread have figured the route most likely out: Spoiler Caltrain San Francisco - Jose (Diridon)
I think the route will be a remake of the Peninsula Corridor in TS, because it's the only west coast route short enough for TSW standards. They could also do a single Metrolink route, or maybe Coaster between San Diego and Oceanside, but that would be hard, because they've both refused license to DTG before. That's why those trains are unbranded for the Pacific Surfliner route in TS.
