A lovely day out on the West Highland line with A4 pacific class Dominion of South Africa, circa 1994.
The annual NRHS convention finds itself in Hoboken New Jersey, and 3 Berkshire type steam locomotives (NKP 765, PM 1225, and C&O 2716) are in attendance as well as a pair of Erie Lackawanna E8 units. As the morning rush continues around them, people flock to get a glimpse of these historic pieces of railroad equipment. Both 765 and 2716 are scheduled to pull excursions to Port Jervis during the convention, while 1225 and the Erie E8s are to remain at Hoboken for display.
AP's new Class 156 is amazing!

Some images from the Western Front, on a recently recaptured bit of Standard Gauge line -
Further behind the lines, however, the enemy is out taking photographs again...
We'd already spotted him behind the loco's steam...

"I'll take 'Screenshots I wasn't allowed to use in this week's contest' for $1000, Alex."
I forgot to swap out the EW&S 37 for a proper EWS one. Oops!
For anyone interested in a 'colorized' version of this week's entry into the screenshot contest:
Also a small look into how I got the fireman to lean out the window. This required a very specific angle so that the model attached to the locomotive wouldn't be seen.
Plus an alternate angle - it appears as though our photographer has had to run back to his wagon to grab the camera while these four went to go and pose. UP 117 is in the background there.
Here's a few screenshots I took while playing today. I don't know what happened with the new update but all of my routes are running way smoother than before. Not to mention how beautiful everything looks with the new features they added!
Where did you find this route? There are very few scandinavian routes available.
Anyone else noticing better framerates after the update?
It was all going so well... until...
I overestimated the 460's braking capability and crashed into a Southern service. Oh well. Time to resume the scenario.
Who doesn't love a good thrash every once in a while?
Im sorry Random Railfan is there a locomotive in the shots? Im just marvelling at the thick, syrupy black smoke
I bought the Wasatch Grade route today, and took these screenshots. The route looks very nice, and there's a nice spot just outside of Ogden where you can really open up the locomotive and run it full throttle!

I'm not really sure, honestly. I see the same thing as you, smoke everywhere!
Some screenshots on with some routes and locos I got from the Oktoberfest sale.
I'm guessing the first screenshot is from the canadian route in Alberta, right?
Yes you are correct it is from the Peace River Route
