Train Simulator 2022 Update Notes – 27/01/2022

Today we are bringing an update for Chatham Main Line: London Victoria & Blackfriars - Dover & Ramsgate Route and Chatham Main Line - London-Gillingham Route Add-On.

Route Updates -

• Fixed issue with [Railfan] Adisham appearing at the top of the list in scenario editor.
• Added East Kent Light Railway
• Added Localisation Fixes and Updates
• Added Quick Drive for EKR
• Added Quick Drive for Sittingbourne to Sheerness and Vice Versa
• Fixed Quick Drive Faversham P4 issues, and a few other minor issues.
• Minor fixes to signals
• Lots of various minor fixes with floating assets or other improvements to scenery.
• Track Smoothing on Sheerness on Sea branch and a few other places.

Asset updates -

• Adjustments of tall Dover Castle / London building LODS
• Adjustments to assets
• Dreamland - Minor fixes to model.
• Missing Winter Textures on Speed Signs
• Lod Issue on Ramsgate Depot
• Clutter Posters now change depending on season
• Various fixes to Stations including at least
  • Adisham - Fixes to floating sections and minor shadow map issues, reduced light glows at night.
  • Aylesham - Fixes to Shadow map and also bridge adjustments, reduced light glows at night.
  • Bekesbourne - Fixes to floating assets and Gap in platform, reduced light glows at night.
  • Birchington on Sea - Fixes to shadow maps and minor model issues
  • Blackfriars - Lowered slightly to match trains.
  • Canterbury East - Fixing Holes in model
  • Chestfield and Swalecliffe - Fixes to Shadow map and floating assets.
  • Dover Priory - Shadow map fixes, floating asset fixing and other minor model fixes.
  • Dumpton Park - Various fixes to the model, texture and floating lights
  • Faversham - Fixes to gap in platform 1, adjustments to platforms that are too close to the track and also adjustments to a building too close to the track.
  • Herne Bay - Fixes to model.
  • Kearsney - Floating asset fixes and moved a yellow line.
  • Ramsgate - Fixing Floating fences and assets on model.
  • Selling - Fixing Shadow map issues
  • Shepherdswell - Fixing Roof Textures, added replacement signal box, and adjustments to lights
  • Snowdown - Fixed Double sided platform sign
  • Westgate on Sea - Minor Fixes to shadow map, and minor floating issues, reduced light glows at night.
  • Whitstable - Updates to model, texture and shadow maps.

Rolling Stock -

• Fixed Clashing script on Class 465/9 blocking controls of 465/0 and /1
• Fixed naming clash of Class 465/9 with Marketplace Pack of same name.
• Fixed Class 465/9 Speedo Issue

Chatham Main Line - London-Gillingham Route

• Updated a couple of assets due to broken DRM issues.
• Updated Viaduct asset to improved version with more detail.
• Updated Warehouse Brick 03 to have a new more detailed texture.

The update will download automatically for owners of the above add-on when it becomes available. Players should allow at least 24 hours after restarting Steam for the update to appear and before contacting Customer Support.
