Dovetail Games Train Simulator Classic – Core Patch Update 9th February

Hello everyone,

Following the core update for Train Simulator Classic on the 3rd February, we are aware of an issue that was affecting players trying to load the game, especially with loading screens; this has now been resolved. If you are still having issues, try this fix listed below to remove cached files.

Follow these steps below:

1. Win + R → inetcpl.cpl
2. General tab → Browsing history
3. Click Delete…
4. Tick Temporary Internet files
5. Delete

If this doesn't work and still having issues, please let us know.

The update will download automatically for owners when it becomes available. Players should allow at least 24 hours after restarting Steam for the update to appear and before contacting customer support.
