Just to clarify, the technology of this game doesn't allow it. Train Sim World just over yonder was designed with your requirement in mind, looks like you play it. You could try some kind of screen streaming, or just connect the PC / laptop to your TV (HDMI) while using a wireless mouse / keyboard.
...and then cry that you can't use mods? Nah. You can plug your PC into your TV and use a Controller anytime
