So DTG should rework their spawn options for Train Spawning in Timetable Mode. They say you can drive any train on any route. No i can not!!! When i try to spawn a BR 628 (43m lenght) at Hagen Hbf it says not enough room. Train does not fit in this scenario. But a BR 401 ICE1 (347m lenght) is no problem. Are you LOVE***g kidding me???
Freeroam spawn feature works well and as it should. There is no such thing as a error message explaining what went wrong, it only doesnt allow you that you cant spawn it. Might be wrong but i assume you are reffering to Scenario Editor? If so, old routes have problems for spawning etc. because for the dlc unuesed tracks often get poorly developed and sometimes arent useable for certain Editors. Hagen also uses at platform junctions so maybe it places the 628 on the short part of the platform and the 401 at the complete one including the junction. Freeroam in TT Mode shows how a train will be placed and you can controll it so there are no such placing errors in this mechanic.
I finally got it to work... after deleting the whole game and installing everything new on my PS5. But thats not the best way to solve such things...
After a bit testing i found out that the Frankfurt- Fulda Route seems to be the issue. When its not installed i can spawn the BR 628 with no problems. After installing this Route i can't spawn the train. When its deleted then, i can spawn the train. Would be interesting to know how these two things interfere with each other on the PS5.
