    Hey guys/girls

I think a train spotting mode would be good for TSW. As my previous suggestions you could sit on the seats and benches at station doing train spotting or wait for trains to arrive, then a player could travel on a train as a passenger and be awarded miles travelled as a passenger while they relocate to another station to do more train spotting.

Maybe like the torch, you click a button and a clip board hops up with train details, maybe train timetables and a list of trains seen. Not sure how much work this would involve to put into the game?

    Any thoughts?

Or even extend to the realms of the old “Hellfire” Rover and Scottish Rover games, where you can bash mileage behind different locos and even cop rare haulage. It might give a bit more purpose to passenger mode.

in some other thread long ago I had suggested that as you pass stations that you dont stop at or encounter branches you wont have access to, it could show a temporary pop-up with station/branch names or destinations, similar to YouTube channels like Rail Relaxation... atm you can pop into Live map 2.0 to do kind of that but it is not the same

Sounds good, anything that could add a bit of pop to the idea is great, fun is the key. I am sure it wouldn't be hard to put in and it would only add to TSW.
