I see that tram simulator has now been out for a year and it seems dovetail did hardly anything dlc wise and now they've gone and announced city transport simulator: tram
Dtg aren't the developers; they are only publishers so they aren't going to create any content. Viewapp is responsible for all content.
Still a bit odd to see that they publish a new tram simulator, while their own old tram simulator never really did unfold.
Certainly an odd arrangement, one would have thought DTG could have a bit more oversight and input to the future direction, as publisher.
What he's saying is that dtg are not responsible for creating any content. Publishers don't make the content; they publish it hence the name. Developers develop the content
TramSim probably needed a publisher who has experience with publishing on console. That's probably why the devs now cooperate with DTG. And i don't see why/how this has anything to do with TSW as suggested in the first post.
Just bought the deluxe version for £11.99 in the Xbox simulator sale (the standard version is £9.99). It’s not a true simulator by any means but it is fun to play.
