Anyone else managed to get down to the trams on the Fife Circle? If you can find a way through, they are a quite fascinating "what might have been". The stop at Edinburgh Park, Murrayfield, Haymarket and the terminus at Edinburgh Gateway. And you can ride on them (though you do get thrown off between Gateway and Park, and after Haymarket).. And they go very fast at times (I cannot believe real trams go this fast). Clearly some effort went into them - they are more advanced than the trams on Edinburgh-Glasgow - and it is a shame that they were not finished. It could have been (maybe will be some day?) a really fun way to travel between some of the stations on foot. On the subject of Edinburgh Park - definitely the best lifts, complete with lift music!
