Wrong page since mods are for pc. You just copy it over to the file directory for tsw3. Basically where you placed the mods in tsw2, it's the same location in tsw3. Not all the mods will work in tsw3 though so make sure you check the train sim community website to see if the mod is compatible. All I know is that all sound mods are compatible.
