So this 14.7 mile (23.7 km) runs from Beaverton to Wilsonville Oregon. It would be just a short little route and could easily be the US equivalent of Niddertalbahn, excep its modern day. It would have both Passenger and freight services. At Beaverton there is a small section on street running. The max speed on the line is only 60 MPH so its gonna be slower paced. It does have a variety of Passenger DMUs and would be the first US DMUs in the game Budd RDC-1 Budd RDC-2 Budd RDC-3 Colorado Railcar Aero So yeah. Also only high platforms. Though the RDCs do have low level stairs also the main yard and maintenance facility is at Wilsonville Station and its rather small so it could be modeled. Anyways i think it would be a nice route.
