It happens sometimes unfortunately. On another simular post I said I had often had a blue screen crash but not after getting a trophy. Then the very next trophy, a blue screen crash. Me and my big mouth, not every time thankfully but it is a bit of a worry for a while after. And a curse if or when it happens again.
