I'm trying to help my son. I helped him subscribe to a Creators Club Livery item (LMS JUBILEE 5593 'KOLHAPUR') From the Train Wold 3 program, I subscribed to the item. When I clicked Required Content it said he did not own the pre-req DLC (which he did). After backing out and checking installed DLC's, Creators Club then realized he did have the pre-req.

Next, he tried to use the livery. Finding the locomotive, it was flagged as 2 liveries available. (My son made his own a few days ago, so 2 made sense). Clicking on the locomotive, only showed his livery, and not the one we downloaded.

I un-subscribed then re-subscribed and now it says 3 liveries are available but it only shows the 1.

A side question...All the above was done while online. Typically his computer is not connected to the Internet. Can Creators Club updates be used while offline?

Since this is the first time we have used Creators Club, I suspect we are doing something wrong. Can anyone provide assistance?

    Thank you.....Brian

Hi, Brian. Out of curiosity you arent trying to view the downloaded liveries in the designer are you? They are only playable so cant be viewed in the designer itself. When you choose to drive your train, there will be tabs above “personal” “creators club”. Select these tabs to for a drop down list to use the liveries.

    Hi Rob39.
Yes....that's exactly what he was doing.

We tried again using your suggestion...under Creator's Club there is nothing. Under Personal is the livery he made on his own.
    Does that make sense?.....Brian

When I did the above test, his computer was offline.
Once I connected it to the Internet, the Creators Club livery was displayed!
So it looks like the computer needs to be connected to the Internet to use Creators Club updates.
Strange restriction....but at least you helped solve the mystery....thank you!.....Brian
