PS4 Trouble With Installing My Content Onto Tsw5

Hello,
So far I've been able to download and install some of my collection from TSW4 but some of the others aren't TSW5 versions and others say I need to buy them again even though I've bought them already.
I'm not sure what to do, please help? Thank you.
