I had a French route a few years ago and removed it during an upgrade.
It went, at least, from Chambery to Modane and I think it also went to Aix-les-Bains?

I'm not sure of it's name though

    Any ideas folks?

I can see how you drew that conclusion, the description doesn't mention anything about signals.
Going by the described changes and the size of the patch led me to think that the entire route is there. I'm not sure what the smaller
patch is for but the files in the rar file are older than what is in the route.

Speaking of signals skimming over the original authors forum thread there appear to be some signal issues and some of the JYM26 signals are from his older packs.

I haven't driven the route yet I will make some QDs\Scenarios over the weekend. I jumped to every major station in the build editor and all is good.

Thanks for the info higgsy :)

I had downloaded a route off RW Central - Avignon -Montpelier - Barcelona
    https://www.rwcentral.com/files/file/476-avignon-montpelier-barcelona-édition-2016/
But it does not include the route template so it crashes when trying to load
    It is looking for
    <Provider d:type="cDeltaString">Basi</Provider>
    <Product d:type="cDeltaString">Narbonne-Barcelone</Product>
    <BlueprintID d:type="cDeltaString">templateroutes\narbonnebarcelone.xml</BlueprintID>
    Not found that anywhere yet.

A couple of years ago I did have a Narbonne - Cebere route but I cannot find that either.

    Hey Peter

I have a French route installed Montlucon Part 1 the route is missing the template too but it still loads just fine so I downloaded and installed
Avignon -Montpelier - Barcelona and it too runs just fine aside from missing assets the AMB route does have few issues one is in Ts tools when running check route displays an error with a scenery tile. The route is very old with beginnings from 2010 it appears to be far from complete I guess that's why Basi made it unavailable. Basi is an admin over at railsim.es if you feel the template is your problem here is a link to the original forum post Barcelona Sants -> Montpellier -> Avignon Route you could try and contact him there.

Narbonne - Cebere is this it? Perpignan-Cerbère- le Boulou - Road - Real - RW Central. I have this installed and have zero problems.

    Thanks again Higgsy,

I installed the Avignon -Montpelier - Barcelona but it crashes on loading.
I might reinstall the Perpignan-Cebere again as it was ok.
And I installed the LA MAURIENNE - TARENTAISE route and it is ok with some missing speed restrictions.
I was running the Eurostar over it as they used to work to Bourge St Maurice

I've modified a Kuju template to suit Avignon -Montpelier - Barcelona it points to Kuju assets, I noticed in some of Basi's other routes he just used Kuju defaults. I've linked it here.

The route is fairly incomplete a lot of work has been done and still a lot to do I have a lot of assets missing. Avignon is just tracks,

    This is Montpellier.

This is as far into Spain the route goes track goes a bit further, I think its Granollers. Yes its all floating in the air!

Which of the French routes do you recommend. None (apart from DTG LGV) are available as payware so I have reservation about downloading any of them.

Réseau Breton 2.0.0 is quite a good narrow gauge route will all the required assets in downloads
    https://www.railsim-fr.com/forum/index.php?/files/file/2088-réseau-breton/

Another similar one is Chemin de Fer Corse, époque 1953

The Czech diesel is not realistic to the route

Ligne de la Bosse V2, is another route running 101kms from Dole near Dijon to Vallorbe (Suisse)
