We already have an LNER V2. There was one in the LNER O4 pack, in the Netherfield Route, and I believe the Green Arrow existed as a DLC at one point.

Well, this add-on was made by Just Trains that is more advanced than an A.I counterpart that's part of another pack.

No doubt it's not as sophisticated as the new model but you can drive the one included with the O4. Green Arrow comes in the Settle-Carlisle Specials pack.

The one that comes with the Robinson O4 is a quite nice, but the JT one is superior in almost every way, except simplicity of controls.

The old V2 (Green Arrow and the lined black one are clearly the same model) look pretty good but they are indeed basic. Something I've noticed is that the cut-off gauge is the wrong way up. Set the reverser forwards and the pointer goes up but in the real Green Arrow it would go down- full forwards is at the bottom and full reverse at the top. (I claim no great expertise- if I hadn't been in the cab on several occasions I wouldn't have noticed anything amiss in TS.)
