What's with all the twin packs as of late? I know DTG is focusing more on TSW 2 and less on TS/Railworks (which I understand) but these releases just aren't that interesting unless you've been looking at picking up one of the included DLCs and decide to go with it because of the savings.
This makes me wonder if we will ever get a new North American loco DLC from DTG. NEC Washongton to Baltamore didn't get one and Tehachapi could get one. But we haven't got one since Clinchfield's U36C.....
Dang you're right. Just realized that. At least 3rd party devs are still making stuff (which is usually better than DTG's NA stuff imo).
Same here. First screenshot is to to show what loads up for me, second is to show that if there is an article about it, it ain't showing up on the DTG Live website.
That was exactly what I was getting as well, and when you go to Train Simulator there is no article there.
Worth noting that the route's received a price cut to $25 alongside the bundle it seems, so that's something. I could easily see NEC receiving the Avelia Liberty at some point, but not near term mind you. probably a year or two before that happens. Tehachapi though I'm not sure about, could make some Tier 4 ES44s or SD70 units I guess, but I'm not sure if enough people care about them to warrant making it. And they could want to save them to be included with upcoming routes like they did with the AC4400CW. I feel like the GP60M & B would be a good pic, but I'm not sure how willing DTG would be in modeling a largely BNSF only locomotive.
