I'd say today's article is the most meaningful and in-depth thing I've seen in ages from DTG.

 

I am excited about the possibilities with this Honestly, this might be more important than any route DLC, making the game run smoother so that all the stuff we already have - paid AND freeware - works properly.

And we're still getting DLC too, with the Boston and Albany likely tomorrow and the Rio Grande possibly next week. And surely there are other things coming, too.
