Tsc Free French Content

I can't redeem the French content on Steam because it gives me this error message

 

try to reedem it via computer instead

 

I do not get the Duplex so cannot play any of the French content.

No pic of Duplex only ( / ) and when starting any of the French stuff, lots of error messages appear (cannot load blah blah blah).

Uninstalled and reinstalled everything again. Of course didn't work?

Is it just me again? Why am I dovetailed all the time?

 

Did you only get the Extension route? and not the original (if so it does say in the description that you also need this route? )

Thanks. Yes, I downloaded all French content.

Uninstalled everything again and rebootet. Then started Steam new and set up everything from scratch. Now it works. So probably was not a problem with the content but rather with steam.
