Being bit of a reactionist this week, but The Aussie Don reminded me of this. NEC, ACS-64, Scenario 6 (Vermonter to NY Penn). I didn't like zoom earlier as it doesn't actually improve textures, often leading to awkward pics, however it may have been improved, and with good view distance, details and ideally 4K (not me), it can be very useful.

Well done theaussiedon#1057. That's a great shot. I had it down as a strong contender the moment I saw it.
Thank Cuddy_Man means alot i been trying for weeks now to try win one i almost had it with TSW3 few weeks ago but missed by like 2 likes anyway thank you and do come along to our yt channel anytime we fresh always with gameplay
Just be aware it doesn't matter how many likes you get, it is all down to which screenshot is chosen by DTG Jamie, DTG Alex etc. as the shot they would like to see on the loading screens. There have been weeks when I have won with 2 votes because I posted last minute before the comp ended whereas some of the early postings had 8 - 10 votes. The voting aspect is purely for the rest of the community to appreciate a fellow enthusiasts offerings. Either way congrats on your first win, enjoy it.
funny Craigie-C how for weeks now they gone on how many likes so yeah just wanted to put that out there look clear at the results more just saying
Purely coincidence that the winning shots have also attracted a lot of likes. When you stop to think, I suppose that makes sense. If a shot impresses the DTG guys so much it is chosen as a winner, chances are it also impresses the rest of us as well. As you rightly say recently that has been the case, but not always. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/tsc-screenshot-contest-week-41-october-2022.60986/ As you can see from this example the winning shot only achieved 1 like. The cscarpenter offerings gained 5 likes & 3 likes and did not win. DTG Judges decision is final not how many likes it gains. I think they prefer this method as it means those coming late to the party stand as much chance of winning as those that post as soon as the comp is up and running. It also deters people trying to farm votes from their buddies or creating false accounts just for voting. Either way onwards and upwards, good luck for next week.
