Presumably you also don't know what they are, otherwise you'd have given a more friendly and helpful response? A push-pull set is a train that has a loco at one or both ends and can be driven from either end, in either direction, usually by having a driving coach/trailer at the end that doesn't have a loco. 3rd and 4th rail is electrified track that has the conductors laid on the ground next to the running rails. On 3rd rail systems one of the running rails is used as the return conductor with only a separate live rail. On 4th rail systems (e.g. London Underground) separate live and return rails are laid alongside the running rails.
