PC Tsw 2 Crash After Loading Screen

Hey guys!
I searched all day for an fix for this, i hope someone can help me.
everytime i get out of an loading screen in TSW2 the game Crashes with this Report:

I updated Windows and my graphics card drivers.
I even reinstalled the game but nothing seems to work.
My setup:
Win 10 64Bit
Intel I7 3770
Radeon R9 380
32GB DDR3

The Game is installed on an 8TB GBR HDD.

Hi I get the same thing only happens in steam off line mode though.

I Fixed it (i think)!
I usually play with 165hz on my Monitor when you have a monitor higher than 60hz set it to 60 and try it for me it worked!
