When driving in wet weather, particularly in trains like the 377 and the BR442, the ambience of the rain is exceedingly louder than on the outside. Even loud enough to obscure other sounds such as traction motor noise and buttons/switches being pressed. This is thoroughly unpleasant and acts as a deterrent from driving in adverse weather conditions, something I would otherwise find enjoyable and different to do.
Having a few sliders with which you can customize what sounds you hear most would be great. Seperate ambient sound, train sound, button/lever sound, etc. would be great. That way everyone can mix sounds however they want. Maybe someday .
