   I have few questions about the new livery editor.
   1. Will every locomotive/trainset be able to have their livery altered.
   2. Will the livery applied to one locomotive apply to all locomotives of that class in the game, or will it become a separate locomotive.
   3. What will we be able to do with the editor (text, colors, images, shapes, etc.)
