hi all purchased the above game , created account etc... been into ps store and used code.... when i go into game first time there are only 3 routes, sand patch, a german one and bakerloo line how do i get the london to brighton route that comes with the game, and also boston sprinter? do i have to complete some game firat? ive no idea how to find cheers simon
Since you said PS Store I assume you are on PS5? If so, in your library, select the game and scroll to the addons section where it will list your owned DLC for download, add the ones you don't have selected and it should download them to the game.
That's exactly what TSW2 contains. Sand Patch, Bakerloo and Köln-Aachen are core routes. The rest is DLC you'll have to purchase.
AFAIU OP has purchased a Rush Hour Deluxe Edition of TSW2. He's looking for the routes which come with that.
TSW2's physical disk release for PlayStation (which I got as a backup but never installed) was entitled the Collector's Edition and includes the above three routes plus East Coastway, Peninsula Corridor, and HRR. Rush Hour was a separate download-only purchase released a year later. Physical disc owners had to contact Customer Service for a key or something after buying Rush Hour due to some kind of strangeness with the system, so that's my suggestion to OP.
The physical Rush Hour Deluxe Edition, as pictured below, should have a code in the box, for the Rush Hour "Season Ticket", have a look around and see if you missed it. Once redeemed that should grant access to the missing Rush Hour routes in your addons list. If they are not showing up in your available downloads, even after it shows as redeemed in your purchase history for your account, you may need to contact Sony.
Sadly as XBox and PC are my main platforms I can't do further testing, but if you can contact Sony's PS store support and show them the record in your account history of you redeeming the code for the Rush Hour routes, they may be able to investigate why they are not in your available downloads list. Have you double checked in the PS store by doing a search for those routes such as Boston Sprinter to see if one of the search results allows download of it?
Whoops, Mea culpa. I was thinking PS4 in my post and didn't know about the PS5 version, as I don't have that system yet. Thanks for posting a correction!
Hey simon#8679 - there's a Support Page here which may help: https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com...world-4#Train-Sim-World-Console-Games-on-Disc Please contact us and we'll sort out the codes for you - please send us through a photo of the physical edition, and if you have the receipt, that would be handy too. Physical versions of the game will sometimes require us to send you through the codes for additional content.
I am wondering what's up if the code in the box was accepted by the ps store and redeemed for....something? What actually was that code? Was it a PS Plus one or something? Are you able to post a photo of the card it came on?
The DLC routes won't show up in the DLC section since they were delisted for TSW2, but will be available for installation Press Options on the game tile on the PS5 home screen, select manage content and your DLC will (should) be listed there, select the down arrow to install it
