What’s everyone’s thoughts on DG making a route in Australia, there are a number of iconic routes that cover the outback, regional, coastal and urban lines. I know in the state of Queensland of routes that cover all four areas outlined above and Queensland does have a number of rolling stock that can be utilised. For example the tilt trains that travel from Brisbane to as far north as Cairns. We also have 5 types of stock that drive along the Queensland Rail/TransLink routes starting as far north as Gympie and going down to the Gold Coast and as far west as Ipswich and Rosewood. Having also lived in rural QLD I also know of the sun lander carriages being pulled out west to longreach and possibly further. I enjoy TSW and the work that DG are doing, I’d just love to see DG make it’s mark on an Australian route!
