I put in a ticket on Monday because my game will not work through steam approx how long does it take to get back to me as i have tried everything to get this working on my pc i am now totally frustrated as no help has been forthcoming.
Normally you get a response back by email immediately saying your ticket has been received. If you haven't received that email then I would resubmit
If you received the automated response with a ticket #, reply back on that email and say you have not heard back and that you're awaiting a response to your issue.
