Good one. Here's one I found (might make a dedicated thread if I don't see it anywhere soon still) Found the wheels on the American flatbeds aren't actually animating. At least not in the Academy.
I noticed a few: No PIS on AI trains on SEHS, Strange lighting bug under the center of wagons (noticeable on class 66), Class 375 doesn't have deceleration sounds, Class 66 sunflower doesn't light up and no rain on windscreen.
